We’re All Gamers: Unite Different Personalities Without Erasing Them
HyperX
A common identity can hold varied personalities together when each expression remains distinctive and participation does not depend on celebrity status or competitive skill.
Connect different interests without imposing a single model of participation. A broad identity should describe a possible connection, not establish a gate that people must pass. State what the group shares and what may legitimately differ. A fictional collection of puzzle readers might share curiosity while preferring different formats, levels of difficulty and amounts of time. Review the language for hidden requirements such as expertise, expensive equipment or constant participation. Ask whether someone who is new, casual or temporarily inactive can still see a place for themselves. The purpose is to clarify an invitation, not decide who qualifies as a genuine member of a community.
